  • Be sure that your immunizations are up-to-date and we have copies of your records. If you are unsure, please call our office.
  • Some clients are beginning to set up in-person job assignments so please be sure to have a mask so you can go on assignment.
  • We are using a new system and it generates job offers via email. If you receive a job offer, simply click "Accept" or Decline". The first interpreter to "Accept" will get the job.
  • If the job cancels, an email will be sent with the cancellation notice. Make sure your notification for your email is on your iPhone.
  • Please read our emails carefully and call us if you have any questions.
  • The consumer listed on the emails is the non-English speaker.
  • The new system does NOT back you up 15 minutes so the time you are seeing is the actual start time. It is necessary that you arrive 15 minutes early to the appointment so you are ready to begin and there is no delay to the client.
